Online orders take about one week for embroidery, and then 7-10 business days for shipping. Turnaround time for drop-off orders typically takes one week, but larger orders may take longer. Rush services are often available for an additional fee.

Pricing starts at $20 per item, varying by size and design complexity. Logo projects require a one time $50 digitizing fee. Check out our Custom Orders page for additional information.

Sturdy, non-stretch fabrics are ideal. Avoid stretchy, thick, or fluffy materials, as well as leather. It is recommended to bring in items so that the seasoned pros can analyze the fabric and determine if it will take to the embroidery well. SMB will always be honest with you and help to guide you to your best options.

For classic monograms, the order is: first initial (left), last initial (center, larger), and middle initial (right). 

Example: Mary Elizabeth Patchell =  MPE

For couple monograms, the traditional order is: the woman’s initial (left), the last name initial (center, larger), and the man’s initial (right).

Example: Helen and Matthew Deming = HDM

When listing initials(same size), the order is: first initial, middle initial, and last initial. 

Example:  Shelby Maxine Bernstein = SMB

We cater to small businesses with lower volume orders, so there is no need to commit to high minimum quantities for your logo apparel.

To get started, simply reach out to us with a description of your embroidery desires and a high-resolution image of your logo. We will then collaborate with you to create a digitized version of your logo for a flat fee of $50. That digitized logo can then be used to create all kinds of promotional material and company swag!

We also keep all of our customers digitized logos in a secure library so that you and your company can easily keep up with your ever changing business needs.

Our workshop will be open for customers to drop off and place orders for items supplied by customers. You can also pick up completed orders, as well as online orders that were placed for in-store pickup.
